The Youth Red Cross (YRC) is a well-known voluntary and humanitarian organization. The association aims to provide relief and help in times of disaster/emergencies and build awareness on health, care and hygiene. The mission of Red Cross is to inspire and encourage the youth towards serving the society and fostering friendly relationships.
VISION:
To make students realize the importance of protecting life and health and to ensure respect to human life by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.MISSION:
We are committed- To inspire, encourage and initiate at all times all forms of humanitarian activities so that human suffering can be minimized and even prevented.
- To motivate the students towards community and social support .
- To engage students in voluntary service with independence and unity
Functions:
- Organize Blood screening and donation camps
- Organize motivational seminars on Blood donation
- Spread awareness about multi organ donations among student community

| The Blood Grouping Camp was organised by YRC committee on 7th Feb 2024 provided an opportunity for participants to learn about their blood groups and motivated them to consider voluntary blood donation. The camp also served as a platform to educate individuals about the importance of blood donation and its potential to save lives. |
