- Functional Arabic introduced to cater to the needs of the globalization & change will be very helpful to the students in the placements in MNCs.
- Started a Certificate course in French for beginners introduced to cater to the needs of the globalization & change will be very helpful to the students in the placements in MNCs.
- The syllabus helps the students to know the ancient as well as modern literature. It also makes them competent in all the language skills namely LRSW skills.
- Introducing the students to the ancient heritage, traditions and most importantly the values. The department runs a club called “Sutra Parampara” acquainting the students with the hidden treasure in this ancient language. Lessons from Baladarsha were introduced in the syllabus.
- Being the state language, due importance is given to the spoken Telugu aspect. The language also helps enhance the employability skills specially pertaining to the State Government jobs.
