BA(DIGITAL MEDIA AND MASS COMMUNICATION)
- PEO1:To develop in students an understanding of Digital Media and enable them to appreciate the potential and limitations of Digital Media.
- PEO2:To encourage students to participate in Digital Media Research.
- PEO3:To develop skills to encourage media message production using various digital tools.
- PEO4:To introduce students to various career opportunities in Digital Media.
- PEO5:To familiarize the students with the changing regulations relating to Digital Media in the Indian context.
- PO1: Graduates develop a practical understanding of the underlying principles of Digital Media and Mass Communication
- PO2: Graduates will be able to understand the basics of digital journalism, audio production, digital film making, advertising, corporate communication, social media and data journalism.
- PO3: Graduates develop practical knowledge through hands-on training and project experience to meet the industrial needs.
- PO4: Graduates will be able to create blogs, websites, web advertisements, web graphics, logos, packaging for corporate products and digital short films.
- PO5: Graduates will be able to work on the various softwares used in the Digital Communication and Journalism industry such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Dreamweaver and HTML, Adobe premiere pro and Adobe Photoshop (Cs5 & Cs6) corel draw, Indesign etc. and catch up with the ever changing developments in media industry.
- PO6: Graduates will be able to analyze data and communicate effectively through various kinds of digital media so as to enable the target audience to comprehend the same at ease. .

- PSO1: Students are geared up to be a part of digital production process in bringing out various digital publications like news websites, online ads, digital posters and book covers etc.
- PSO2: Students relate their theoretical inputs and participate in production of programmes for websites, podcasts, OTT, YouTube etc.
- PSO3: Students can design logos, flyers, brochures, packages in turnkey method carrying out the entire sequence of tasks involved in producing web related content.
- PSO4: Students develop ability to mould themselves to rapidly changing digital technologies through internships when they get a hands-on experience on emerging fields, technologies and processes.
